Talent Acquisition Specialist - FX and CFDs Industry

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, particularly within the FX & CFDs industry, and a keen ability to identify top talent. What will you do :

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent within the FX & CFDs industry.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure the right fit for each role.
