Strategic Marketing & Go-to-Market Planning

  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and marketing initiatives aligned with the objectives of the Partnerships Distribution (PD) channel.
  • Develop sales propositions and marketing strategies that support business growth and partner engagement.
  • Oversee the creative development and quality assurance of promotional materials, digital content, advertisements, and other marketing assets.

Marketing Operations & Performance Analytics :

  • Ensure all marketing and sales support tools are aligned with product and campaign propositions and delivered within project timelines.
  • Leverage data analytics to identify trends, optimize marketing strategies, and improve campaign performance.
  • Track, monitor, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Event & Operational Oversight

  • Lead the planning, coordinate, and execute both physical and virtual events to support the PD channel’s engagement and visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery and brand consistency.
  • Support system testing, campaign fulfilment, and other operational marketing tasks as needed.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Project Management :

  • Manage relationships with creative agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment of expectations between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare business proposals, budget plans, and presentation materials for internal reviews and external approvals.
  • Job Specifications :

  • Degree in any discipline preferably in finance / marketing / business administration.
  • Insurance qualification will be an added advantage.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in financial institution; preferably with experience in life insurance industry, product development and marketing proposition development.
  • Strong Business Acumen and Sales and Marketing Management.
  • Digital marketing and / or brand & communication relevant experience added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
