Job Description

Responsible for product failure analysis in support of manufacturing needs and customer returns.
Provide detailed failure analysis report with root cause define, corrective action and preventive action on
the production failures / design improvements.
Prepare FA presentation slide to be shared and discuss with customer.
Develop effective trouble shooting guide for different product.
Operate and maintain analytical equipment.
Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superior.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Manufacturing) or equivalent.

Candidate with failure analysis experience and problem-solving skill will be added advantage.

Required skill(s) : MS Office.

Fluent in English (Written and verbal).

Ability to troubleshoot and analyses the quality issues.

Able to handle work independently and self-motivated.

Willing to work extra hour, including weekend to support an urgent request.

Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
