Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience is an advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in English (Written) and Mandarin (spoken).

Responsibilities

  • Assist in job postings
  • Prepare offer letters
  • Maintain and update employee personal files
  • Assist in preparing HR-related letters and monthly HR reports.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HR Manager
