Job Responsibilities :

The Business Support & Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence within the B2B segment of Razer Gold. Reporting to the Manager, Global Sales Support & Operations, this role ensures seamless coordination across account management, content onboarding, and platform operations, contributing directly to the success of partner relationships and the efficiency of Razer Gold’s B2B platform.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Business Support to Account Management Team, Business PIN Content

  • Support the Account Manager with daily tasks, including PID (Product Identification) creation and amendments.
  • Ensure accurate settlement to suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all account activities, including PID changes, reconciliations, and promotional activities.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to account management, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.
  • Assist in onboarding new content to Razer Gold’s B2C and B2B platforms.

B2B Platform Operations

  • Assist in daily operational tasks & ensure smooth functioning of the platform such as account creation & maintaining records for B2B Distribution Platform
  • Create & maintain weekly / monthly reports & compiling of sales leads
  • Work as a team to maintain good relationships and collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and process adherence
  • Help troubleshooting operational issues and providing timely resolutions
  • Support the team in creating workflows or presentation materials
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Pre-Requisites :

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in administrative and operational roles.
  • Master of Multitasking : You handle multiple projects effortlessly, maintaining perfect balance without breaking a sweat.
  • Communication Expert : Your spoken & written words are clear & effective, making you the go-to person for interactions.
  • Office Suite Pro : You excel in using Excel, Word, & PowerPoint, creating impressive spreadsheets, documents, & presentations.
  • Detail-Oriented : You have a keen eye for spotting errors & inconsistencies, ensuring precision in your work.
  • Independent & Collaborative : You thrive both independently & in team settings, adapting seamlessly to solo tasks & collaborative projects.
  • Thrives in Fast-Paced Environments : You excel in high-speed settings, maintaining your cool & delivering top-notch work.
