Global Sales Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities :

The Role of Global Sales Operations Specialist works closely with the Global Sales Support & Operations Manager to support various functions within the B2B Distribution Platform. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in operations management and understand the inner workings of a dynamic tech company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operational tasks and ensure smooth functioning of the platform such as account creation and maintaining records for B2B Distribution Platform
• Coordinate and onboard new products and maintain an up-to-date product listing
• Work closely with the account manager to ensure periodic product cost price checks are conducted and implement strategies to mitigate potential risk and losses
• Create and maintain weekly / monthly reports and compiling of sales leads
• Mentor intern and collaborate efficiently with them from daily operational tasks to facilitate smooth handover processes
• Work as a team to maintain good relationships and collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and process adherence.
• Help troubleshooting operational issues and providing timely resolutions.
• Support the team in creating proposals or presentation materials
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.
• Other duties as assigned

This role involves handling the setup and updates of reseller products and commissions— tasks requiring attention to detail and coordination. It is part of the maker-checker process to ensure compliance.
