Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing, and maintaining new and existing business opportunities. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver value-added solutions.  -Market Research and Analysis : -Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends. -Analyze competitor activities and provide actionable insights to the management team. -Explore untapped markets to expand the company’s reach.   2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management : -Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies. -Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. -Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.   3. Education and Experience : -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. -2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role. -Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.   Skills and Competencies : -Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. -Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. -Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). -Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. -Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. -Familiarity with the industry or product category is a plus.   Personal Attributes : -Highly self-motivated and result-oriented. -Adaptable and open to learning. -Team player with a proactive approach to challenges.
