Requirements
1. Applicants must possess at least Diploma / Degree in any field.

Responsibilities
1. Creating a professional and welcoming experience for our customers based on the company’s guidelines
2. Obtain training and perform duties in Service and Kitchen Department
3. Lead by example by demonstrating exemplary professionalism
4. Attend to guests’ needs and complaints promptly and politely.
5. Recommend improvements to Management where appropriate
6. Resolve all potential service failure issues
7. Consistently monitor individual performance and progression with your superior and management.
8. Provide support as needed in various departments
9. Execute any duty that may be assigned from time to time by the Management
