Requirements

  • At least with 1-2 years working experience in Manager level at the Bakery, Food & Beverage industry.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa, English and Mandarin.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays, as required.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, customer service, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in overseeing outlet(s), cost & budget planning.
  • Excellence in delivering customer satisfaction.
  • Willing to travel & possess own transport.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the profitability and performance of outlet.
  • Plan and work to budgets, maximize profit and achieve sales targets set by management
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
  • Overseeing daily operations, customer service, staff work schedules, cashiering, food supplies, loss prevention, maintenance and administrative operations.
  • To guide employees to find new ways to generate revenue and enhance the customer experience
  • Promotes optimum staff performance by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees.
  • Maintains staffs by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training and motivating staff.
  • Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers.
  • Maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, health and safety, clean environment.
  • Other duties shall be assigned from time to time by the Superior when and while required.
