Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in FMCG, toys, games, or collectibles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Familiarity with the hobby or pop culture industry is an advantage.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities with retailers, hobby shops, and distributors.
  • Manage and nurture existing client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and timely communication.
  • Prepare quotations, sales decks, and product pitches based on client needs and seasonal launches.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with campaign rollouts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to recommend actionable improvements.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Coordinate order processing, stock availability, delivery timelines, and after-sales support.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM and reporting tools.
