Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in FMCG, toys, games, or collectibles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
- Familiarity with the hobby or pop culture industry is an advantage.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel occasionally.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities with retailers, hobby shops, and distributors.Manage and nurture existing client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and timely communication.Prepare quotations, sales decks, and product pitches based on client needs and seasonal launches.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with campaign rollouts.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to recommend actionable improvements.Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.Coordinate order processing, stock availability, delivery timelines, and after-sales support.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.Maintain accurate records using CRM and reporting tools.Benefits
