Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous administrative experience is preferred.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is required.Basic communication
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain office documents, reports, and presentations.Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.Handle document filing, data entry, and general office administration tasks.Assist in marketing and promotional activities when required.Provide general administrative support to the management and sales team.Benefits
