AIGKuala LumpurAs part of the CAO, Global Program Management is responsible for the highest priority initiatives across AIGs Operations and Technology landscape. This role is critical to the efficient and effective projects / initiatives execution within a controlled environment.
Ideally you will have
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, operations management, processing engineering, or quality engineering, or equivalent consulting experience
- Previous exposure to international business environment.
- Proven experience working with stakeholders with demonstrated ability to influence, coach and counsel
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams and to apply skills and techniques to solve dynamic problems.
- Excellent Organisational and Time Management skills
- Possesses problem solving, prioritization, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to make recommendations to all levels of the organization.
- Insurance industry experience and knowledge of industry practices, processes, and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification preferred
- Business or management qualification or experience is beneficial
- Formal qualifications in areas such as process management, project management is desirable
