Job descriptionAssist day to day accounting functions include manage data entry and process journal to ensure all business transactions (AR&AP) are recorded on timely basis Maintain accuracy and organized financial records and documents. Support the accounting team with various projects and tasks as needed. Follow up collection and allocation of payments. Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities. Reconciliation of suppliers’ statement of account by monthly basis. Assist in communication with suppliers / customers on matters relating to payments. Requirements
- Mininum one (1) year working experience in related field.
- Candidate preferably possess at least SPM ,Post Graduate Diploma, Finance and accountancy.

- Able to work under minimum supervision with sense or urgency.
- Must be independent and self motivated.
- Must be computer literate.
- Good communication and written skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
