Job description

Requirements

1years or more of working experience in the manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
Min. Diploma, LCCI, Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
Excellent time management, possessing good analytical thinking, being independent and self - motivated
Able to multi-tasked and cope with pressure
Preferably experienced in handling Accounts in manufacturing sector

Responsibilities

To handle Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation and General Ledgers

Prepare and analysis of monthly management and statutory reporting, including Management report, P&L and balance sheets.

Prepare and tally daily & monthly stock (inventory) record

Review customer and / or supplier account balances, facilitate collection efforts including answering customers' and suppliers' enquiries.

Liaise with banks, Company secretaries, tax agent, external auditor, government authorities, and professional advisors on Company related matters.

Carry out ad-hoc assignments as and when requested.
