The Role

Objectives :

Achieve the company's customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by driving strategic business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct in-depth research to identify and capitalize on emerging market trends.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy focusing on increasing both revenue and expanding the customer base, via direct end-customer engagement and / or channel partners.
• Identify, qualify, and schedule meetings with potential clients to explore business opportunities.
• Deliver engaging product presentations to prospective clients at meetings, trade shows, industry exhibits, and conferences.
• Collaborate closely with the Presales Support and Marketing teams to align on strategy and execution.
• Prepare competitive quotations and respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs) efficiently.
• Build and maintain a robust database of prospects, while managing all sales administration through CRM software.
• Provide accurate sales, revenue, and forecast reports to the management team regularly.
• Consistently meet and exceed established sales targets.
