Job descriptionPrepare quotes and process bookings promptly and accurately. Provide excellent customer service by answering client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering travel advice. Prepare and maintain accurate travel documents, including itineraries, tickets, and invoices. Collaborate with travel suppliers, airlines, hotels, and other service providers to obtain competitive quotations. Upon quotation confirmation, coordinate with the operations team to finalize bookings and ensure all travel arrangements are in place. Maintain and update customer databases with relevant information and booking details. Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. Conduct follow-up communications with clients post-booking to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs. Issue invoices and ensure payment collection before incurring any costs or commencing tours. Any additional tasks assigned by supervisors or management. Requirements
- At least graduate from Secondary school or holding hospitality and tourism diploma
- Able to speak and writing fluent English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
