Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Project Executive / Project Coordinator to support project procurement, sales, and client relationship activities. The ideal candidate will assist in driving project productivity and profitability, coordinate between developers, agents, and clients, and help organize training sessions and presentations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about business development, project coordination, and building long-term client partnerships. Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in project procurement, project sales, productivity, and profitability to support the company in achieving business goals and objectives.
• Build and manage long-term relationships and partnerships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between developers, the company, and agents to ensure smooth project communication and coordination.
• Plan and organize project training programs for both new and existing agents.
• Conduct ongoing project training sessions to enhance agent knowledge and performance.
• Develop, prepare, and coordinate presentations and proposals for existing and potential clients.
• Support overall project administration and documentation as needed.
