Job descriptionPerformance Allowance : Up to RM300 / month Shift Allowance : RM90 / month Transport Allowance : Up to RM200 / month EPF, SOCSO, EIS contributions Annual leave, panel clinic & insurance coverage Be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries & technical issues via multiple channels. Process customer orders and manage data accurately & on time. Provide clear, professional, and friendly customer support over the phone. Deliver excellent service that builds customer satisfaction & loyalty. Minimum SPM with 1 year of experience, or Certificate / Diploma / Degree holders. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – training will be provided Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia. Willing to work on a rotational shift basis. Immediate starters preferred.
