Be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries & technical issues via multiple channels.Process customer orders and manage data accurately & on time.Provide clear, professional, and friendly customer support over the phone.Deliver excellent service that builds customer satisfaction & loyalty.Who We're Looking For :
Minimum SPM with 1 year of experience, or Certificate / Diploma / Degree holders.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – training will be providedGood communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia.Willing to work on a rotational shift basis.Immediate starters preferred.Age : 19–45 years old.Why Join Us?
