- Manage the end-to-end execution of channel-specific campaigns, including point-of-sale materials, merchandising guidelines, and promotional mechanics.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and optimize trade marketing strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders (Sales, Brand Marketing, Supply Chain) and external partners (retailers, distributors).
- Ensure all trade marketing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.Experience in trade marketing within the FMCG industry is highly preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret market data effectively.Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams (proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage).A results-driven approach with attention to detail and organizational skills.What\'s on Offer
