Role Overview :
We are looking for a Marketing Manager / Assistant Marketing Manager to manage 360° marketing and retail initiatives. The ideal candidate is creative, aesthetic-driven, and passionate about beauty products, with experience in both online and offline marketing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans across digital, social media, PR, influencer marketing, offline / OOH, and events.
- Ensure coherence in brand voice, visuals, and messaging across all touchpoints.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, ROI, and engagement.
- Plan and lead in-store promotions, merchandising, visual displays, and point-of-sale materials.
- Elevate store aesthetics and customer experience to reflect brand positioning.
- Coordinate impactful in-store events and activations (launches, sampling, beauty workshops).
- Guide creative development (visuals, packaging displays, store layout, photography, and collateral).
- Drive initiatives that build awareness, affinity, and loyalty (e.g. influencer programs, collaborations).
- Deliver storytelling and content that reinforce the brand’s identity in the beauty space.
- Monitor consumer trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
- Gather feedback from retail teams and customers to inform campaigns.
- Manage marketing budgets to maximize impact.
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and in-house creative teams.
- Partner with product development, retail operations, and sales teams to align on launches and promotions.
- Support product launches with 360° marketing roll-out.
- Define and monitor KPIs such as sales uplift, foot traffic, digital engagement, and brand awareness.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.5-8 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in retail cosmetics / beauty / fashion / lifestyle.Must have a genuine passion for beauty products and cosmetics.Strong creative and aesthetic sense with ability to interpret and maintain brand visuals.Experience across both online and offline marketing channels.Good understanding of consumer behaviour, visual merchandising, and in-store experience.Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.Analytical mindset with ability to use data for decision making.Proactive, creative thinker, resourceful, and detail-oriented.Requirements
