Sales Advisor - Lotus Seberang Jaya

Join Ban Hin Bee Sdn Bhd as a full-time Sales Advisor based in Perai, Penang. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales performance at our BHB Lotus in Seberang Jaya.

What you'll be doing

Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing sales floor

Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment

Contribute to the achievement of store sales targets

Provide a friendly and helpful shopping experience for all customers

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Numeracy skills and accuracy in handling cash and inventory
