The Opportunity

The Opportunity : We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Consulting Director who will lead our recruitment efforts and shape the strategic direction of our business unit. This role is ideal for an ambitious leader ready to make a significant impact within our organization and the broader market.

What You'll Do

• Business Development : Spearhead initiatives to identify and capture new business opportunities through networking, market analysis, and innovative outreach strategies. Develop and implement robust client acquisition and retention strategies while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and decision-makers.
• Client Engagement : Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to understand clients' recruitment requirements and broader business objectives. Present tailored, high-value recruitment solutions and negotiate contracts to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Recruitment Strategy : Lead and manage recruitment campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry standards. Collaborate with the recruitment team and stay attuned to market trends to maintain competitive edge.
