Requirement experienced in front office or customer service one year or more.

Experience hotelier managing and supervision one year or more

Responsible directly for overseeing and coordinating the Reception Operation and Outlet as a whole.

Responsible for the direction / development of Reception department.

Responsible for achieving or exceeding proposed cost turnover budgets.

Maintain quality outlet - Staff and facilities

Able to work under pressure
