Job Responsibilities
- Job Sourcing : Source candidates via job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.
- Candidate Screening : Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate fit.
- Interview Coordination : Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
- Candidate Assessment : Administer assessments or tests to evaluate skills and suitability.
- Candidate Engagement : Maintain communication throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
- Employer Branding : Promote DayOne as an employer of choice through compelling postings, social media, and recruitment events.
- Data Management : Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines.
- Reporting : Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track KPIs such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and source effectiveness.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and make data-driven decisions.Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in evaluations and documentation.Adaptability to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced environment.Ethics : Maintain confidentiality and integrity handling sensitive candidate information.DayOne is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
