Job Responsibilities

• Job Sourcing : Source candidates via job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.
• Candidate Screening : Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate fit.
• Interview Coordination : Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
• Candidate Assessment : Administer assessments or tests to evaluate skills and suitability.
• Candidate Engagement : Maintain communication throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
• Employer Branding : Promote DayOne as an employer of choice through compelling postings, social media, and recruitment events.
• Data Management : Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Compliance : Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines.
• Reporting : Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track KPIs such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and source effectiveness.
