Monitor and track candidate status across hiring process
Analyses the recruitment metrics and SLA to identify root causes, interventions and monitor execution / closure of related actions
Analyses sourcing strategy including the data on sourcing channel effectiveness (i.e. agencies, career website C job boards, LinkedIn, employee referral)
Analyses agency performance pipeline and support weekly agency cadences C individual tracker maintenance
Handling internal stakeholders and coordination of profiles
Employment Pass process and understanding
Handling of Manual tracker of profiles shared to both vendors and internal stake holders.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree
3-5 years’ experience in recruiting
Tech experience in Banking
