Overview

The ProtÃgà will support the organization in various administrative functions. The ideal protÃgà candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support : Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
• Greet visitors and clients, and provide them with assistance as needed.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Documentation And Record Keeping : Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
• Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Office Management : Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee activities.
• Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities.
• Draft and send emails, letters, and other correspondence.
