The SuccessFactors Subject Matter Expert is expected to have a deep understanding of and is responsible for providing expertise in multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules, primarily in EC / EC Time / ONB / Compensation Planning / SCDP / PMGM / LMS / WFA (min of at least 3 module experience needed). He / she is responsible with the analysis, design and implementation of SAP solutions that meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience with multiple full life cycle SAP implementations, experienced in Application Management Service support as well as a deep understanding of the SAP technology. They will be assigned to deliver tangible, sustainable, effective and quality SAP SuccessFactors-related business solutions for new implementations, ongoing customer support and implementation of additional functionality, with experience in integration into other modules.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
Subject matter expert, with depth of understanding and ability to implement SAP SuccessFactors EC / ONB / Compensation Planning / SCDP / PMGM / LMS modulesClear understanding of project phases and able to carry out all phases tasks; Planning, Explore, Realise (including configuration and testing) and Deploy (including data migration and data management activities in SF), as well as transition to Support.Experience in AMS support with the knowledge of incident, service request and change request.Adhere to corporate standard, security guidelines and sustainability, and deliver within time constraintsEvaluating project solution constraints to find alternatives, alleviate risks, and propose solutionsIdentify sales opportunities at existing customers and communicate internally to management team. Support presales effort as needed in response to proposals, and conducting demonstrations and presentationsConduct knowledge-sharing sessions with colleagues and peer mentoring.Keeping abreast of the latest SAP technologies and solution.Key Performance Measures (KPM)
Ability to define solution to meet customer requirementStrong demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills :Confidence in presenting to, and discussing solutions with, various audiences and groups of different sizesExperience in coordinating and managing workshopsEstablished experience working on customer sites managing and delivering quality technical services against formal service levels and timeframesCapability in establishing and maintaining good and effective relationships, including with clients, and working collaboratively with a diversity of stakeholder groups and individualsAbility to provide leadership and mentoringConvince us with your potential!
Qualifications & Certifications
Bachelor of Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering, or Master of Computer Science / Business Administration (MBA, preferably in HR)Hold valid certification in at least 2-3 core SuccessFactors module such as Employee Central, Recruitment Management and Onboarding with deep knowledge.Have knowledge in other SF modules such as PMGM, LMS, Compensation and etc will be added value.Certification or exposure to ITIL / Managed Servies / Support ModelsCritical Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Qualification and experience, or a subject matter expert specializing in the following SuccessFactors modules :– EC / ONB / Compensation Planning / SCDP / PMGM / LMS(min of at least 3 module experience needed) including configuration of provisioning.
– Sound industry experience of 8-10 years with at least 5 or more end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations in multiple modules.
– Good business knowledge in various HR processes and Compensation management processes
Strong issues resolution experience with excellent analytical, conceptual, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent business communication skills in both verbal and written to facilitate, consult and convey.Successfully combine strong leadership skills with sound technical knowledge and ability to clearly communicate key recommendations to clientsTrack record of creating enduring client relationships based on trust, successful business development and credible program executionOutstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.Solid time, task and people management skills.
