Come join the GTS Innovation team. We work on a diverse set of consumer problems and build sustainable solutions to provide meaningful outcomes for GTS and for Grabbers. We focus on creating specialized AI-driven products and tools that address specific business needs across Corporate teams at Grab. You will collaborate with product, business, and program management teams to ensure delivery of your work.

Get to Know the Role

You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of our corporate systems, driving technological advancements and setting the standard for engineering excellence. You will report to the Principal Enterprise Architect - Automation and Integration. This role is onsite in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Architect and design scalable, AI-driven products and tools
• Collaborate with teams to define technical strategies and feature specifications
• Make high-level design decisions and establish technical standards for software development
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and efficiency across the product ecosystem
• Provide technical guidance and code reviews to ensure best practices are followed
• Partner with DevOps teams to enhance system scalability and operational efficiency
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team
