ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at CROP POWER SDN. BHD. in Shah Alam, Selangor. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer invoices, as well as managing accounts receivable and credit control. What you\'ll be doing

• Prepare and issue accurate and timely invoices to customers
• Manage accounts receivable, including following up on outstanding payments and liaising with customers
• Assist with credit control procedures to minimise bad debt and ensure effective credit management
• Reconcile customer accounts and maintain detailed records
• Provide support in the implementation of policies and procedures related to invoicing and accounts receivable
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data
• Assist with other accounting-related tasks as required
