We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and coordinating with relevant vendors for the proposal of automated solutions and related services. Assist the project team to manage activities throughout all phases of the project, including system vendor evaluation and selection, contract management, design / engineering, delivery, installation, commissioning, acceptance tests, and ramp-up of Automated Material Handling System. Assist in organizing training programs for operators, maintenance, and IT teams. Assist in go-live activities and ramp-up support. Compilation of as-built documentation and training materials. Requirements
1-3+ years of experience in implementing automation systems in logistics or warehousing. Experience in warehouse automation solutions, robotics, logistics processes, and system integration (e.g., WMS, ERP). Experience with CAD software and / or other 3D layouting tools. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project) is a plus. Proficiency in English is required. Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage.
