This role is a 6-month contract role, supporting the regional team.
Responsibilities
Develop, execute and coordinate effective CRM campaigns
Create and build HTML email marketing campaigns on the CRM platform
Create in-app, SMS, and app push marketing campaigns on the CRM platform
Engage and collaborate effectively with local marketing teams and cross-functional teams (Operations, Customer Service, Data, Product Marketing, Engineering) to design and execute effective customer journeys across all CRM channels
Contribute to process improvement by flagging potential issues or enhancement opportunities
Keep abreast of industry and competitive CRM trends to identify and develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns
Essentials To Succeed
1 year relevant experience in campaign / marketing / project management, preferably within a digital / tech / e-Commerce environment. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience in any CRM platform is a plus
Strong analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data
Highly organized with keen attention to detail in executing multiple tasks
Highly proactive in managing stakeholders and chasing for results
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
A self-starter, independent, motivated and result-oriented
Can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities
