Job description3 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or related indoor sales roles. Proficiency in SAP B1 is advantageous. Customer-oriented with good customer relationship management skills. A good team player, able to work effectively with colleagues at all levels. Possess strong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Well-organized, with the ability to prioritize effectively and accomplish assignments on time. Independent and self-motivated, with a desire to acquire new knowledge; proactive with a positive working attitude. Bilingual in both English and Mandarin in order to liaise with the associates / client
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain good relationships with key customers by providing sales support, product information, and visiting when needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedbacks.
- Prepare quotations and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Follow up closely with customers on quotations.
- Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR) / Sales Orders (SO) and arrange delivery.
- Arrange installation and demonstration of packaging and warehousing machines and equipment.
- Coordinate with suppliers (quotations, orders).
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by a superior.
