Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activities to prospective clients and customers. You will perform solution mapping to customer requirements, conduct product demonstrations and proof of concept (POC). You may also be involved in deployment and configuration when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings with potential customers to determine technical and business requirements.
• Create and deliver technical presentations internally and externally.
• Develop solutions demonstrations and conduct proof of concept.
• Liaise with product principals and distributors in line with customer's requirements.
• Create design configuration documentation with technical explanations.
• Carry out tender responses, answer and expand on functional / technical requirements within complex tender documents.
• Define / derive a Bill of Material based on the customer's requirements; prepare the proposal with Design, SoW, and BOM.
• Maintain technical competence by keeping abreast of new product enhancements, best practices and procedures.
• Stay passionate about new technologies in the IT technology industry.
