Job Responsibilities

• Client Requirements Analysis : Engage with smart city clients to deeply understand their business requirements, pain points, and operational challenges. Facilitate effective communication to gather, structure, and analyze key information that supports the development of tailored and practical solutions.
• Smart City Solution Design and Planning : Lead the design of end-to-end smart city solutions based on client needs and industry practices, covering areas such as data collection, transmission, storage, analytics, and applications. Ensure solutions are innovative, feasible, secure, and cost-efficient.
• Technology Selection and System Integration : Evaluate a wide range of technologies and products in the smart city ecosystem. Select suitable hardware, platforms, and sensors, and drive seamless system integration to ensure compatibility and long-term stability of the solution.
• Solution Presentation and Client Engagement : Prepare professional solution documents and presentation materials. Conduct solution walkthroughs and presentations to clients, clearly explaining solution value, differentiators, and implementation roadmap. Address client queries and support business development efforts.
• Tender and Proposal Support : Support public and private sector tender processes by preparing technical solution documents. Work closely with sales and commercial teams to develop cost estimates, propose pricing strategies, and improve the win rate of bids.
• Industry Insights and Innovation : Keep track of developments in smart city technologies, government policies, and market dynamics in Malaysia and the broader ASEAN region. Continuously incorporate the latest trends and innovations into the solution portfolio to maintain a competitive edge.
