Aesthetic Dental Consultant

Job Summary :

Smileworld Dental Group is a leader in creating beautiful, confident smiles. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Aesthetic Dental Consultant to drive the growth of our high-end aesthetic services, including aligners and smile makeovers.

This is a key sales role within our prestigious clinic. You will be responsible for converting patient consultations into successful treatment plans by building trust, effectively communicating the value of our services, and guiding patients to a confident 'yes'. Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve sales targets and contribute directly to the clinic's growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales & Revenue Generation :

• Proactively manage and convert leads by making timely outbound calls to all new inquiries (from web forms, social media, etc.) with the goal of booking them for a consultation.
• Drive sales for our aesthetic dental services, including aligners, veneers, and full smile makeovers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for accepted treatment plans.
• Convert warm leads and patient consultations into high-value cases through expert consultation and strategic follow-up.
• Present treatment plan investments and detailed financial options with the clear goal of achieving a high acceptance rate.
• Promote and explain financing options and payment packages to facilitate patient commitment.

Who We Are Looking For (Candidate Profile) :

A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a direct sales role, preferably in a high-end or consultative environment.

A top-performing Treatment Coordinator or Sales Consultant from another dental or medical aesthetic clinic.

Elite Sales Skills : Expert in building rapport, consultative selling, objection handling, and closing high-value deals.
