Job Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, and answering inquiries in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including handling cash, credit card payments, and processing returns or exchanges.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by restocking shelves, arranging merchandise displays, and ensuring the sales floor is free of clutter.
• Assist in managing inventory by receiving shipments, verifying quantities, pricing items, and replenishing stock levels to minimize stockouts and maximize sales.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets by actively promoting products, upselling related items, and informing customers about current promotions and discounts.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and providing support to colleagues as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding loss prevention, safety, and security to protect company assets and ensure a safe shopping environment for customers and employees.
