HSE Lead

About the role

As a HSE Lead at TSM Maintenance and Construction Services Sdn Bhd, you will drive HSE performance, ensure regulatory compliance, lead incident investigations and emergency response, and influence contractors and multi‑discipline teams to maintain a strong safety culture.

What you'll be doing

• Shall be responsible for HSE Compliance to CONTRACT.
• Shall be responsible to lead Pre-mobilization induction to Crew.
• Shall participate in COMPANY constructability review, HAZID review, IPOP, risk assessment and meetings.
• Shall be responsible to ensure personnel mob to offshore have fulfilled HSE mandatory training and medically fit.
• Develop and ensure compliance with HSE procedures, plans, incentive programs and regulatory requirements.
• Shall lead all incident investigation and follow up close out.
• Shall be responsible to conduct HSE campaign and Safety stand down.
• Shall ensure implementation and compliance to release HSE-related statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Shall be fully responsible for the preparation, review and submission of the mandatory HSSE documents.
• Shall implement and maintain the CONTRACTOR's HSE MS.
• Shall prepare and execute the HSE plans.
