About the Role

Responsible for providing application development and support services to meet AIA's business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for system implementation (design, coding, unit testing, solve, deployment, documentation) activities for internal policy administration system, including support for production defects / issues, projects and system improvements.
• Work with business users / product managers in soliciting and understanding user requirements; and translating requirements to system solutions.
• Ensure system delivery complies and conforms to standard operating processes defined (ie. system development life cycle, architecture / risk / security compliance, change management, etc.)
• Ensure system delivery meets user / system requirements, timeline and of good quality.
• Experience / Knowledge in COBOL programming is an added advantage.
