System Analyst

Position Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive System Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the requirement gathering, analysis, designing, documenting and testing of our applications through comprehensive testing, documentation, and process improvement. A strong preference will be given to candidates with experience in application development especially for government sector, and the ability to deliver walkthroughs or training sessions to core users / trainers, stakeholders, and rest of the client’s users.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Responsibilities : Systems Analysis & Design, Requirements Gathering, System Implementation & Integration, Troubleshooting and Support :
• Analyze complex business problems and translate them into system solutions.
• Design, model, and document SOP of Business Process workflows.
• Recommend improvements for performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis for proposed solutions.
• Oversee and participate in system design, testing, deployment, and integration activities.
• Ensure systems comply with organizational standards and best practices.
• Advise team member and conduct root cause analysis and propose long-term solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the full system development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Mentoring and Guide QA, SA and Trainers on the system requirement and underlying objective of the built application.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and user expectations.
• Lead on boarding session, system demo, system training, system walkthroughs, and CR validation sessions.
