What you'll do

• Work effectively with the Compliance and Risk Team, help deliver compliance with data protection laws and policies.
• Broad understanding of EDD and have a general sense of risk awareness. Risk conscious with the emphasis on sensitive data sharing.
• Support the creation / maintenance of data protection policies and procedures
• Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and informative responses.
• Collect information to identify, analyze and check the compliance of processing activities
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market changes to provide informed responses to customer questions.
• Work closely with other customer support specialists to share insights and best practices.
• Create, adapt and deliver training materials and sessions according to the needs of the business
