Responsibilities

• To ensure accounting data and records are maintained correctly and accurately at all times.
• To assist in the preparation of financial statements and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• To ensure the Financial Reporting functions, including periodic management reporting, statutory reporting, financial forecasts, and compliance with accounting standards and external requirements, are efficiently managed.
• To ensure the Accounts Receivable functions, including customer billing and collections, are efficiently managed.
• To ensure the Treasury functions, including foreign currencies booking and hedging, are efficiently managed.
• To ensure the Taxation functions, including tax planning, tax computation, and cross-border taxation, are efficiently managed.
• To ensure the Cash Management functions, including working capital planning, excess cash placements, and foreign currency holdings, are efficiently managed.
• Able to contribute to the formulation of annual operating and financial planning.
• To drive improvement in financial processes (accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management, treasury and capital expenditure) to achieve or exceed targets.
