What You’ll Do
- Prepare, bake, and plate premium pastries, cakes, and desserts.
- Assist in developing new and creative dessert menus.
- Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and food safety.
- Support and guide junior pastry staff when needed.
