Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organized Assistant Manager to support the Managing Director in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow across admin and operations teams, and maintaining high-quality service delivery. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Managing Director in planning and executing daily business operations.Supervise admin and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination across departments.Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure objectives are met.Oversee the preparation of essential documentation including quotations, invoices, and contracts.Liaise with clients and vendors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.Support staff scheduling, task delegation, and performance monitoring.Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements for workflow efficiency.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and client requirements.Prepare regular reports on project status and company performance.Requirements / Preferred Qualifications
Minimum Diploma or Degree qualification.Must be willing to standby on weekends if required.|Basic skills in Canva, Adobe, or other design tools are a plus.Benefits
