Social Media Content Executive

Incubase Arena Malaysia is seeking a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Content Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. This role will focus on producing engaging content that excites anime, gaming, and pop culture fans while driving awareness for our events, exhibitions, and pop‑up shops. You will be responsible for ensuring our online voice is authentic, fan‑first, and aligned with the Incubase Arena brand.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation : Plan, create, and publish creative social media content (posts, videos, reels, stories, memes, etc.) to engage fans and promote events.

Community Engagement : Interact with fans online, respond to comments / messages, and foster a strong sense of community across platforms.

Trend Monitoring : Stay updated with anime, gaming, and pop culture trends to produce timely and relevant content.

Campaign Support : Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns, influencer collaborations, and paid ad promotions.

Brand Consistency : Ensure content reflects the tone, style, and voice of Incubase Arena.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related field (or equivalent experience).

1–3 years of experience in social media or content creation; fresh graduate considered if strong portfolio.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X / Twitter, YouTube).

Experience in creating short‑form video content, copywriting, and basic design (Canva / Photoshop / CapCut) is a plus.

Familiarity with IP licensing, anime, or pop culture marketing is a strong plus.

Fluent in English; proficiency in Malay, Mandarin, or Japanese is a plus.
