Key Responsibilities
- Greet parents, visitors, and students in a polite and professional manner.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and face-to-face enquiries from parents.
- Manage student registration, attendance records, and related documentation.
- Assist in preparing letters, circulars, consent forms, and other school documents.
- Maintain proper filing of student records, correspondence, and office documents.
- Support fee collection and ensure proper documentation of payments.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, stationery, and teaching materials.
- Provide administrative assistance for school events, activities, and meetings.
- Liaise with teachers and staff to coordinate day-to-day administrative needs.
- Ensure confidentiality of student and staff information at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal / Management.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.Previous experience in school or kindergarten administration is an advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).Friendly, approachable, and able to interact well with children and parents.Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment.Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Working Conditions
Office-based role within the kindergarten environment.Standard working hours, with occasional support required during school events or parent meetings.Job Type : Full-time
