Provide admin support to the Company Directors.Track customer payments, and arrange timely collectionInvoice & Receipt PreparationManage all company insurance mattersHandle procurement and administration of office supplies e.g. pantry and toilet items, stationery and etc.Handle maintenance and repair of office assets.Liaise with vendors, contractors, landlords and local government bodies when necessary.Any other duties as assigned by the ManagementJob Requirement
Accounting-based Certificate,Diploma or DegreeSST & E-Invoice KnowledgeAble to handle full set of accounts independentlyKnowledge in Microsoft Office and Accounting software system.Proficiency in Mandarin is required.Able to communicate in Malay or English.Job Type : Full-time
