Business Analyst

Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders and technical teams. This role is critical in driving continuous improvement and delivering solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and challenges.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of current workflows, systems, and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather, analyze, and document clear business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), use cases, process maps, and flowcharts.
• Perform data analysis (qualitative and quantitative) to support insights, decision-making, and solution recommendations.
• Work closely with software development teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in user training when required.
• Provide post-implementation support and ensure solutions continue to meet evolving business goals.
• Stay current on industry best practices, trends, and tools in business analysis and digital transformation.
