As the HRBP & TA, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and retention. You will also play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company.
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates using various recruitment methods, such as job postings, social media, and networking events
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, employees, and external partners
- Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, such as performance management, employee relations, and career development
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance employee engagement and retention
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related fieldCommon with Start up / Agency industryMinimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisitionStrong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practicesExperience using various recruitment tools and platforms, such as job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and employeesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentProven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalismExcellent time management and organizational skillsFluent in English (will be a plus)
