Responsibilities
- Resolve customer enquiries and grow customer base with potential leads.
- Provide excellent customer satisfaction and build long‑lasting relationships to increase sales volume and maximize profitability.
- Promote branding and marketing plans through various advertising channels, continuous monitoring and providing feedback on performance.
- Support in roadshow campaigns and branding initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with alliances and business partners.
- Support personal financing segments by maximizing customer values.
- Carry out portfolio risk analysis, encompassing development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
Requirements
Possess a Degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Banking or equivalent.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; guidance will be provided.Internship (final year final semester is preferable).Computer literacy, familiar with Microsoft Office applications especially in Excel.Must be able to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.Matured thinking, bright personality with good attitude and able to interact with people.Meticulous, detail‑oriented, good problem solving and analytical skills.Strong interpersonal and good communication skills with fluency in verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.Strong time management skills and able to work effectively under pressure.Possess a high level of commitment, integrity and responsibility; strong planning and organizational skills; can be depended upon to complete assignments conscientiously and independently in a timely manner.Applicant must be a Malaysian Citizen & willing to work in KL (accessible by MRT, LRT & Monorail).Seniority level
